As per industry standards and regulatory compliance for medicinal products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our items once sold and delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, the following legally and ethically valid reasons apply:

🧪 Medicinal Items: All our products are categorized under Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic medicines, which are regulated health products. Once dispatched, they cannot be reused, resold, or redistributed due to safety and hygiene protocols.

🔐 Tampering Risk: Returned medicines carry a risk of contamination or tampering, even if packaging appears intact. This poses a health hazard to other patients and violates standard medical safety norms.

📜 Legal Compliance: As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and FDA/AYUSH guidelines, once medicinal products leave the premises, they are considered final sale and not eligible for return, especially if opened or handled.

🚫 Cold Chain & Shelf Stability: Certain formulations may be sensitive to storage conditions. We cannot verify storage compliance after the product leaves our control, hence a return is not safe or permissible.
